CFL Basics

CFL is a new way to think about how you set your goals. I developed this technique when I was struggling and overwhelmed with all the goals I had in my life. I had so many things that I wanted to accomplish and I found I could only focus on a few goals at any one time. This is why I developed the CFL Goal Setting Technique.

Following are the basics of CFL Goal Setting:

Step 1 – 5 Year Thinking
Step 2 – Think Big
Step 3 – CFL Goal Setting
Step 4 – Reason to Achieve
Step 5 – Determine Timelines
Step 6 – Accountability
Step 7 – Make it a Commitment
